Shipping Rates
Shayz Scentz offers a flat shipping rate of $4.95
Shipping Times
We currently only ship within the USA. Normally items ship out in about 3-5 business days, however please allow additional time for the courier service. Please allow 2-3 weeks for manufacture and delivery of orders that are large quantities (20 or more candles). Fundraiser orders will take approximately 4 weeks to complete the manufacture and shipment.
Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Shayz Scentz products. If for any reason you receive a defective or damaged item, Shayz Scentz will gladly accept the item and exchange the item for an undamaged one. We are not responsible for, and will not exchange products if the product has been used improperly or has been damaged while in transit.
Please note: Melted candles and tarts do not qualify as shipping damage. If the damage is due to melting, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible. If you cannot be home for delivery, PLEASE have your mail carrier keep your package at your local post office until you can pick it up.
